Project: Self Diagnostics - Be On Time!

Yes. I know. It might be the ultimate challenge for some people. Yup, I sure am guilty. But for this week, I wanted to have something a little bit challenging. I urge everyone to try being on time for any schedule, appointment or even to work. It seems funny when I tell people that I get to work at 10:30am and the actual start of my work is really 10:00am. So thereby, the challenger. Be on time! Although, some of you might not need this self diagnostic challenge, as you're always on time, then your challenge will be to help someone be on time.

While on the topic of time, isn't it unfortunate that they came up with the term -- "Filipino Time." Whenever we have dinners or parties at our place, people would usually ask, "Is it 7pm Filipino Time?" And this typically means, everyone would be late. And that 7pm Filipino time could be 830pm.

So enough of being late. Enough of "Filipino Time." Let's make Filipino Time - On Time!

Project: Self Diagnostics - Eat Your Veggies

I know. I know. It's Thursday and I said I will be posting the self diagnostics assignment every Wednesday. I bet all 6 of my readers were looking forward to this all week. Lol!

So I hope the first assignment was easy enough. And I bet your friends were surprised to hear from you. A good friend of mine took it one notch higher by inviting an old friend to dinner. I heard it turned out pretty good. It's such a nice feeling to be able to reconnect with friends.

This week, in line with my goal to be super fit and healthy (i just hired a personal trainer from hell!), I invite everyone to eat veggies! Let's just start with one week of making sure that we include a side of veggies with every meal. When I tried being vegan a couple of years ago, I felt really great. Although, I might have been overly passionate about it and lost a ton of weight, it was indeed an amazing feeling. The best part of it was I was I didn't feel bloated after every meal and my bowel movement became regular. Sometimes it was twice a day. Fiber overload! And it felt awesome.

So there you go. Eat your veggies my blogger buds!

Project: Self Diagnostics - Call an old Friend

My boss recently bought a new car. I had the most exciting privilege of scheduling the first ever diagnostics for the car. Apparently (as i dont know much about cars) a regular check up for the car is needed in order to ensure that it is in good running condition and just in case there's anything that might go wrong, it could be fixed before it goes really bad. I thought thats a great idea. So I decided to do a little bit of self diagnostics.

I thought I would bring you guys in. All 6 of my readers! LOL! I was thinking, maybe we can do a bit of an overhaul on ourselves, how we live our life and how we interact with the people around us. I'm going to try to post a weekly assignment every Wednesday and hopefully we try to do it together. I promise to keep it simple, yet very meaningful.

So lets begin. This week -- Call an old friend. Just say hi, ask how he/she is, y'know just simple keeping in touch. It would be nice to reach out and maybe bring back a closeness that you once shared.

Ayt!
